Cha Cha your way to this food truck! It's delicious! The bulgogi beef fries caught my eye when the menus were emailed to us for our upcoming food truck fair at work. I dreamed about them for days. Finally, Friday arrived (today... I'm so excited about how delicious they are that I'm typing this as I'm finishing my food!) and my bulgogi beef fries fantasy was realized. I saw what Sarah posted about the sriracha being super spicy so I asked for it on the side. It is spicy. I don't like spicy things. But I took the advice of the gentleman on the truck that it makes the meal and tried it. I LOVE it. It does add that kick that the meal needs. I love the goat cheese, green onions, and cilantro paired with the beef and it's all served on a bed of crunchy (but not too crunchy) shoestring fries. All for only $10. It's also served in a cute, plastic container that I can wash out and use a few times before I recycle it so that's nice too. I also got a sweet tea which was tasty as well. I hope they continue to come to the food truck fairs at my office because I will definitely be a regular customer!

We had Cha Cha's two Saturday's ago at Soda City. We ordered the bulgogi beef fries and pork dumplings. I was a fan of the dumplings (and mainly the sweet/spicy dip), but overwhelmed by a ginger flavor-- not sure if that was just me. The beef bulgogi fries were good, but had toOoOo much sriracha on top, almost to the point where it was unenjoyable. The concept of the truck is pretty refreshing and delicious, though, and I would love to try more!
